  48. <b>The Summoning</b>
  49. <p>
  50. A miracle: Captain Sheridan survived the nuclear 
  51. holocaust he unleashed on the Shadow homeworld 
  52. of Z'Ha'Dum. His return to Babylon 5, accompanied 
  53. by Lorien, the enigmatic being he met at Z'Ha'Dum, 
  54. unites the allies for a final and decisive showdown 
  55. with the Shadows. Triumph is however tempered by 
  56. the incredible news that the Vorlons have 
  57. unleashed the Planet Killer, a ship big enough to 
  58. vapourise entire worlds, to destroy any place or 
  59. world touched by the Shadows. And that includes 
  60. Babylon 5.
  61. Meanwhile, the mystery of Garibaldi's disappearance 
  62. may at last be solved, and G'Kar suffers 
  63. unspeakable tortures at the hands of insane 
  64. Emperor Cartagia as Londo and Vir look on,

  67. <b>Falling Towards Apotheosis</b>
  68. <p>
  69. As the Vorlons continue their scorched earth 
  70. campaign through the galaxy, refugees flood into 
  71. Babylon 5 from every sector. As the threat of violent 
  72. death spreads to the Centauri homeworld, Emperor 
  73. Cartagia reveals his insane conviction that the 
  74. obliteration of Centauri Prime will be the inaugural 
  75. pyre to commemorate his ascention to godhood.
  76. The savage aggression of the Vorlons is also 
  77. mirrored in their new ambassador to Babylon 5: 
  78. Kosh, a ruthless, pitiless creature. As Sheridan and 
  79. Garibaldi plan to rid the station of Kosh, they risk 
  80. unleashing the awesome, millennia old power of the 
  81. Vorlon. They may not survive, but then Sheridan 
  82. might not have long anyway.
